BoothLink gives artists, vendors, and small booths one scan-friendly page for shop links, event details, updates, and QR sharing.
By requesting or using a BoothLink, you agree to use it lawfully, keep your booth information accurate, and respect shoppers and event communities.
Only publish content, links, names, images, and event details you have the right to share. Keep table and event information current when you choose to show it.
Updates are for booth moves, restocks, shop notes, and similar customer-requested information. Do not send spam, misleading claims, or unrelated promotions.
We work to keep BoothLink available, but event halls, phone networks, browsers, email providers, and hosting systems can fail. Keep a backup plan for critical booth signage.
Invites are reviewed so BoothLink stays useful for real artists, creators, vendors, and community booths. We may deny, suspend, or remove pages that break these terms, impersonate someone, mislead shoppers, abuse follow tools, or create safety risks.
Core BoothLink QR pages are intended to stay simple and free. If paid extras become available, checkout terms, billing cadence, cancellation, and refund details will be shown before purchase.
We may update these terms as BoothLink grows. The version date above identifies the current copy used by invite and account flows.
